got the bike to my apartment and started tearing it apart.. noticed that i couldn't turn the flywheel.. at all.. so i cracked the case:

tom says, "no beth, you can't just clean those with carb cleaner and reuse them".

dang. this treats order keeps getting bigger and bigger. :)
